Moong Dal & Rice


Dal is a highly digestible legume, similar to a lentil. It’s sky high in fiber and protein. It bulldozes toxins and nourishes every nook and cranny in the body.  Cooked with rice, it forms a complete plant protein that’s as nourishing for the body as animal protein, but more digestible.
